The role of Lead Elite Guest Concierge at Hyatt’s Regency Club is a vital leadership position that serves as the welcoming face for elite guests and frequent visitors. This role demands a combination of leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for hospitality excellence. As the Lead Elite Guest Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering attentive and intuitive service through warm, genuine interactions. Your efforts will focus on anticipating guest needs, fulfilling special requests, and creating memorable moments that foster loyalty and delight. You will take a lead role in managing and overseeing the daily refresh and presentation of the Regency Club’s environment, ensuring it remains welcoming, luxurious, and up to Hyatt’s high standards.
Your responsibilities will also include providing expert guidance and assistance with reservations, local recommendations, and personalized itineraries, tailoring each guest’s experience to their preferences. You will curate and maintain a detailed guest database capturing preferences, history, and feedback to ensure future visits can be personalized seamlessly. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner closely with the Executive Sous Chef to design and execute weekly pop-up culinary events that add creativity and innovation to the guest experience. Additionally, you will work alongside the Food & Beverage team to contribute to the development and execution of the hotel’s beverage offerings, ensuring they align with both guest preferences and Hyatt’s brand standards.
The Lead Elite Guest Concierge also exemplifies strong leadership and communication skills, as you will support senior leadership while overseeing Food & Beverage Attendants working within the Executive Lounge. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to assist as a Food & Beverage Attendant when needed.
