This job opening is for the position of Hotel Lead Cook, offering an hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $21.00. The Hotel Lead Cook will play a vital role in ensuring the culinary excellence within the hotel’s food and beverage outlets. The role requires a combination of culinary skill, leadership, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards. As a Lead Cook, you will supervise a team of line cooks, prepare food consistently following brand recipes, maintain proper food documentation, and ensure timely and safe food service. Additionally, the position involves responsibility for scheduling and payroll duties as needed, proactive inventory management, and keeping equipment in good working condition. This role is not only about cooking; it requires leadership and coordination to maintain smooth kitchen operations that meet Marriott standards and exceed guest expectations.

 - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar culinary role
 - Understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation
