This full-time, year-round position requires availability on weekends and holidays to meet the demands of a high-energy, guest-focused environment. The Lead Concierge is responsible for leading a team of concierge professionals, ensuring they deliver unparalleled service that begins from the moment guests book their stay and continues well beyond their departure. The role involves intricate coordination and communication with multiple departments such as Front Desk, Bell Captain, Food & Beverage, and external vendors, especially during peak occupancy periods. In this role, the Lead Concierge acts as both a leader and an ambassador of the Sundance brand, cultivating meaningful vendor partnerships and curating bespoke guest experiences that truly resonate with the resort’s unique identity. Responsibilities include managing personalized pre-arrival communications, organizing custom itineraries, arranging transportation, and securing dining reservations, all aimed at making every guest's visit seamless and memorable. The Lead Concierge is instrumental in overseeing seasonal offerings and special programming, supporting loyalty initiatives, and orchestrating in-room amenities to surprise and delight guests. Beyond operational leadership, the Lead Concierge embodies Sundance Mountain Resort’s ethos by sharing the story of environmental stewardship and land preservation efforts with guests, enhancing their connection to the destination. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in guest services, hospitality, or concierge roles
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and use hands for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research
• Availability for variable shifts including weekends and holidays
