The Lead Cashier takes on responsibilities such as training and cross-training associates, driving sales and loyalty programs, and adhering strictly to operational procedures and compliance standards. The Lead Cashier will also assist with opening and closing registers and be involved in associate exit inspections and cashier chats. • High school diploma preferred
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to maintain strong guest service and selling competency
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
