As a Housekeeper, you will be the heart of the hotel, ensuring that every guest room, hallway, and public area is not only clean but also inviting and well-maintained. Your primary responsibilities will include daily cleaning of guest rooms following hotel procedures, performing deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters and touching up paint, and conducting preventative maintenance activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining sanitation levels by cleaning lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to the highest standards. Your role also involves ensuring that housekeeping carts are stocked and organized for efficiency, replacing bed linens, and restocking guest room supplies. Guest service is a significant aspect of this role. You will interact with guests by promptly responding to their requests and delivering items with a friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude are essential to thrive in this position. Keeping the hotel environment safe and secure by respecting guest and property safety and adopting safe work habits is also critical.
