The Food & Beverage Manager role at Evolution Hospitality’s L'Auberge de Sedona is a vital management position responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets including restaurants, room service, lounges, and banquet facilities. The Food & Beverage Manager is also instrumental in driving revenue growth, continually working to enhance sales in restaurant, room service, lounge, and banquet divisions beyond budgeted expectations.
As a management-level associate, the Food & Beverage Manager is expected to dedicate the requisite hours necessary to fulfill job responsibilities effectively, with overtime calculated for OEM associates as appropriate.
