The Personal & Household Operations Manager role at Acquisition.com is an extraordinary opportunity for a highly skilled professional to serve as the operational backbone to the CEO and Founder. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of high-touch personal assistance with the leadership of luxury household operations, aiming to ensure that both the professional and personal environments of the executive run smoothly, efficiently, and with utmost discretion. This position is ideally suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, diverse project environments where adaptability, foresight, and impeccable execution are critical.
This role demands a proactive leader who can anticipate the CEO’s needs several steps ahead, manage multiple household properties, oversee staff, coordinate vendors, handle travel logistics, and lead a team—all while maintaining confidentially and professionalism befitting a UHNW (ultra high-net-worth) and A-list caliber environment. You will manage and mentor the Executive Personal Assistant, ensuring that both of you work seamlessly together to uphold high standards and operational excellence. Your ability to protect the CEO’s most valuable resource—their time—will be central to your success.
The responsibilities are comprehensive and include managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, overseeing property maintenance, supervising household and security staff, managing technology systems, organizing travel and events, and providing white-glove service to guests and vendors alike. You will also handle sensitive personal matters and private commitments with the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Working closely with the Executive Protection and Head of Security teams, you will ensure security protocols and travel safety coordination are always in place. You will lead by example, remaining hands-on with daily tasks while setting standards and accountability for your team. With a base salary range of $96,000 to $144,000 based on experience, along with generous relocation support, flexible time off, and comprehensive benefits, this is a rare opportunity for an experienced operations professional to join a company committed to excellence and integrity in all aspects of its operations.

- 5+ years in UHNW household management luxury household operations high-level executive support or similar role
- Proven success managing multiple properties staff vendor supervision and event coordination
- Experience managing or mentoring another assistant preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills multitasking and proactive problem-solving
- Strong communication discretion empathy clarity and professional tone
- Tech-savvy with smart home systems Asana Slack and basic financial tools
- Calm under pressure highly adaptable proactive
