This role is an exciting full-time night shift Registered Nurse (RN) position within the Maternal Helo Transport department at Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin. Specifically, the RN will serve in a critical labor and delivery transport capacity, participating in high-acuity patient care during transfers between facilities. The assigned schedule is 7pm to 7am, ideal for candidates who thrive in night shift settings.   • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing prior to hire or transfer date
  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 months of hire or transfer
  • Basic Life Support provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire or transfer
  • Neonatal Resuscitation certification within 6 months of hire or transfer
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire or transfer
  • Preferred certifications in ER Vehicle Operation and Flight Nursing
  • Driver's license preferred
  • Emergency Medical Technician credential preferred
  • Paramedic preferred
  • Diploma from an accredited school or college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire
  • Minimum 5 years of labor and delivery experience
