• Must be at least 16 years old
• minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a back-of-the-house food-service position preferred
• basic math skills include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
• ability to multitask but remain organized
