We are currently seeking a Kitchen Manager to join our team and take charge of overseeing the daily operations within our kitchen. The Kitchen Manager will play a critical role in supervising the food service staff, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality and safety standards, and coordinating inventory and scheduling to optimize the efficiency of the kitchen. This position requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills who can thrive in a busy setting and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. The Kitchen Manager will act as the primary point of contact for the kitchen team, facilitating communication and problem-solving to achieve smooth operations and exceptional food service outcomes.
