As a Kitchen Leader at Chipotle, you will play a vital role in maintaining the restaurant's high food quality and safety standards. Kitchen Leaders are responsible for preparing delicious food, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables, ensuring every dish meets Chipotle’s high standards.
