The open position is for a Ground Operations Agent, a vital role focusing on delivering seamless check-in and boarding experiences for passengers while also managing baggage, cargo, and aircraft servicing duties. This role is inherently dynamic, requiring excellent interpersonal skills, physical stamina, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks under potentially stressful conditions. Candidates will be expected to greet passengers warmly, ensure prompt and accurate ticketing and check-in processes, handle baggage and cargo efficiently, operate ground service equipment, as well as maintain adherence to stringent airline and federal aviation safety regulations.
Employees in this position often work outdoors in varying weather conditions and must be comfortable engaging with different technologies such as reservation software, radios, and mobile devices. - Must be at least 18 years old
