The Kitchen Leader role at Chipotle offers a dynamic opportunity to learn and lead within the food preparation area, focusing on making delicious, high-quality meals that embody the company’s Food With Integrity philosophy. This position involves hands-on culinary responsibilities such as grilling meats and sautéing vegetables, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment. Alongside preparing food, Kitchen Leaders play a vital role in managing kitchen inventory, monitoring equipment functionality, and training Crew members to become effective future leaders themselves. This role is instrumental in fostering teamwork between the back of house and front of house staff to create an outstanding customer experience. Kitchen Leaders operate in a fast-paced setting, always attentive to station goals and willing to assist teammates to ensure operational success. The position is hourly and offers a base pay range of $21.25 to $23.65 per hour, complemented by eligibility for digital tips and an extensive benefits package.
