The position requires vigilance in verifying par levels and reporting shortages or equipment needs to management promptly. Exceptional communication skills are essential for interacting with guests, team members, and supervisors professionally and effectively. Physical demands of this role include standing, walking, handling various objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, and hearing. The employee must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds and possess the necessary vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus. • Must be 21 years or older
• Must be able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card
• Must carry work cards at all times during shift and act responsibly in accordance with health and alcohol training
• Minimum 1 year of food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment with barback or fine dining experience preferred
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, demonstrate enthusiasm and professionalism, and effective listening skills
• Ability to lift frequently up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining proper portion control, safety, health, and service standards
• Must adhere to all grooming standards including no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors
