Chipotle offers a competitive hourly wage for this position, ranging from $16.90 to $18.81 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips. Compensation is complemented by an attractive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, tuition assistance with up to 100% coverage for select degrees or up to $5,250 a year, holiday closures, free food during shifts, and ample opportunities for career advancement.
