We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated Sales Associates for our Kids furniture showroom, a key segment dedicated to furnishing and beautifying children’s rooms with style and functionality. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in customer-facing roles such as servers, bartenders, retail salespeople, real estate professionals, and flight attendants, as well as anyone passionate about delivering exceptional service. The position offers top-tier paid training designed to equip you with in-depth product knowledge, customer engagement techniques, and sales strategies. Along with extensive training, associates receive access to cutting-edge sales tools including tablets, touch screens, and innovative software that streamline the sales process and improve customer interactions. This full-time retail position offers a highly competitive compensation package, including uncapped commissions which provide unlimited earning potential. With an annual pay range typically between $50,000 and $70,000 depending on commission earnings and productivity, associates are rewarded for their dedication and sales performance. The role requires flexibility as associates work varied schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs and showroom operational demands. As a Sales Associate specializing in Kids furniture, your primary responsibility will be to create an inviting and engaging atmosphere for customers, helping them realize their vision for a child's room through attentive listening and expert advice. You will build genuine rapport, foster trust through honest communication, and use a consultative sales approach to identify and fulfill customer requirements. Encouraging additional purchases to complete room designs and effectively explaining financing options and protection plans are key elements of the role. Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve collective goals contributes to the success of the showroom, ensuring both personal and company growth.
