The role we are offering is an hourly position with a compensation range between $25.00 and $28.00 per hour. The total yearly compensation ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 depending on experience and location, encompassing base hourly wage, quarterly bonuses, health benefits, paid time off, a 401k plan, and additional incentives such as free meals.
The General Manager position at Wingstop entails comprehensive leadership and operational duties that ensure the restaurant functions smoothly and effectively on a daily basis. The successful candidate will work closely with the District Manager to supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, establish high standards in customer service, and lead the team towards achieving store goals.
