AES Restaurant Group is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead one of their restaurant locations. This full-time leadership role is designed for a candidate who is passionate about managing both the guest experience and the efforts of their team. The Restaurant General Manager’s responsibilities include creating and maintaining an inviting and efficient atmosphere, ensuring team safety, complying with operational controls, and driving key performance indicators related to guest satisfaction, service speed, quality, and financial results. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, emotional resilience, leadership capabilities, and a focus on maintaining high standards of integrity and customer service. In this role, the Restaurant General Manager will be tasked with hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring team members to ensure they deliver outstanding guest service and meet operational goals. The manager will also utilize AES’s proprietary systems to manage scheduling, inventory, cash control, and accurate financial projections. The position demands someone who is highly organized, goal-driven, and capable of adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment. In addition to operational responsibilities, the manager will oversee Profit and Loss management, food and labor cost controls, workplace safety, and compliance with governmental regulations related to employment, food safety, and accounting.
