The role currently open is that of a Restaurant Server at the Kalispel Golf & Country Club (KGCC), which is a part of the tribe's hospitality services. This position is an hourly, at-will employment opportunity that involves serving patrons in the restaurant dining room with professionalism and courteous attentiveness. The server works within the framework of Washington State Regulations, tribal policies, and KGCC procedures to create an enjoyable dining atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking beverage and food orders, serving meals, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the server station. The role requires good communication skills, familiarity with wine pairings, and the ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently. Candidates will need to be knowledgeable about the menu and daily specials and be able to clearly communicate these offerings to patrons, adding to the guest experience. Collaboration and teamwork are essential as servers assist one another to maintain a high standard of service throughout the shift. Additional duties include side work to uphold cleanliness and stocking levels, accurate financial transactions, and attendance at training sessions.
