The Banquet Kitchen Supervisor plays a pivotal role in leading a talented team of culinarians responsible for executing banquet service and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and kitchen cleanliness. This leadership position requires fluctuating shifts between first and second shifts to accommodate banquet needs. The primary responsibilities involve managing the day-to-day operations of the banquet kitchen, conducting staff meetings, setting expectations for operational excellence, and ensuring continuous compliance with health and safety standards.
