The resort is currently seeking a dedicated Guest Request Attendant to become a part of its esteemed Housekeeping Team. This is a full-time position with an attractive pay rate of $24.78 per hour, which is determined based on experience and location. The role involves delivering housekeeping items promptly in response to guest requests to ensure exceptional service and maintain financial profitability. The Guest Request Attendant plays a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction by providing timely assistance with various housekeeping needs. Responsibilities in this role extend from retrieving, cleaning, shining, and returning guest shoes to preparing and managing rollaway beds and cribs. The position also includes maintaining housekeeping storerooms, closets, and offices, as well as handling deliveries of faxes and messages from the communications or PBX department. The attendant is expected to perform tasks like polishing brass and warmly greeting guests to create an inviting atmosphere. Working various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, flexibility is essential.
