The role of Guest Experience Associate – General Utility at The Little Grand is crucial to maintaining the high standards of guest service and operational excellence that the company upholds. This position requires a highly motivated, guest-focused individual who contributes to the seamless function of daily operations while enhancing the visitor experience. Reporting directly to the Guest Experience Manager and Assistant Guest Experience Manager, the Guest Experience Associate works closely with Chef Partners and Bartenders to ensure every guest encounter is memorable and enjoyable from arrival to departure. This role involves a variety of support tasks essential to the smooth running of the market and bar environment. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, and creating an inviting atmosphere that engages all five senses of the guests—pleasant aromas, clean tables, delicious drinks, enjoyable music, and a vibrant ambiance. The Guest Experience Associate is also empowered to make decisions and lead by example, fostering a positive team environment where collaboration and respect are paramount. Open availability and reliability are key requirements, as the role involves shifts during both daytime and evening hours. The company values flexibility, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills, which are fundamental for success in this role. Compensation starts at $20.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.
