The Ready to Drink (RTD) Spirits Manager role is a pivotal position within Anheuser-Busch's commercial organization, based in New York City, NY, serving the territories of Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $125,600 to $149,150, complemented by bonus eligibility and long-term incentives. The RTD Spirits Manager acts as the single point of contact for all commercial plans and results related to the RTD segment in the assigned territory. The role requires strategic leadership and collaboration with wholesalers, local field sales teams, and key regional chain accounts to drive brand visibility, sales growth, and market share within a highly competitive landscape.
Key responsibilities include managing business initiatives such as promotions, distribution, innovation, sales tactics, and pricing strategies to enhance the market presence of RTD brands. The manager will develop robust wholesaler plans and budgets, present insightful business reviews, and foster effective relationships with stakeholders to support brand growth. Additionally, the role demands a strong analytical acumen to review sales data, evaluate promotional effectiveness, and recommend strategies to increase profitability. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in sales marketing strategic or analytic roles preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Proven experience in account management and developing strategic plans
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with wholesalers field sales teams and regional chain accounts
- Knowledge of retail and wholesaler initiatives and processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
