We are currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as full or part-time Bartenders. This role is ideal for those with a passion for bartending, experience working in either private clubs or fine dining settings, and a love for golf. Bartenders at our Club play a crucial part in delivering a superior guest experience by preparing and serving beverages, attending to member needs, and maintaining the ambiance of our club's social areas. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while upholding the etiquette and standards of a private club. The role involves interacting directly with club members in various locations such as the dining room, clubrooms, and cabana. Bartenders will be responsible for mixing and serving beverages, including cocktails, and may also serve light meals and hors d'oeuvres. The ability to suggest appropriate drinks and provide knowledgeable answers about menu options is essential. Bartenders will also handle member orders, write checks, and communicate with the kitchen and service bars. Additional responsibilities include setting up for special events, managing inventory, and ensuring the bar area is well-stocked and maintained. This position offers the benefit of free meals to staff, paid sick time for seasonal employees, and access to play golf according to a set schedule. The employment can be either full-time or part-time based on availability.
