The Beverage Assembler position at LSG Sky Chefs is an integral role within the production process, focused on assembling airline carts stocked with food, beverages, serving equipment, and other supplies required for passenger service on flights. This job requires keen attention to detail, adherence to customer specifications, and compliance with strict sanitation and safety standards such as HACCP, FDA, and USDA regulations. Beverage Assemblers play a vital role in ensuring that every airline cart is accurately and efficiently prepared to meet the quality and operational standards that LSG Sky Chefs guarantees. The role involves handling various products including dry goods, liquor, snacks, utensils, condiments, and beverages, using printed diagrams to guide the assembly process, and maintaining inventory and documentation accurately. Working as a Beverage Assembler is physically demanding and requires employees to be active throughout their shifts, regularly walking, standing, bending, lifting, and pushing items often exceeding 40 pounds. Employees will be exposed to variable temperature conditions and noise typical of a busy production environment. The company emphasizes safety, mandating the use of personal protective equipment and compliance with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other safety protocols. This role offers full-time, permanent employment with consistent shifts of 40 or more hours per week, along with overtime opportunities.
