The available shifts are Monday through Friday, from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, although shift times may vary based on business needs. This is a full-time role offering an hourly wage ranging between $20.92 and $23.14. The role of a Fleet Traffic Control Specialist at OnTrac is vital to maintaining the smooth operations of the fleet department, ensuring that the company's delivery vehicles are maintained, documented, and compliant with all regulations. The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting the administrative and clerical functions tied to fleet management, contributing to a safe work environment by strictly adhering to company safety policies and procedures. Daily tasks involve the processing and administration of fleet maintenance records and invoices, handling and following up on maintenance issues with facility personnel, as well as maintaining detailed fleet files and costing sheets. The Fleet Traffic Control Specialist also acts as a crucial point of contact, managing telephone calls, data entry, and filing, while applying strong problem-solving skills to address various routine challenges. Key competencies include excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interface effectively with vendors and corporate employees, strong numerical literacy, and proficiency with Windows applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
