The position available is for a Food and Beverage Supervisor within one of Azul Hospitality's hotel properties. This role is pivotal in organizing and supervising the food and beverage functions within the hotel outlets, ensuring high levels of quality, service, and merchandising. The supervisor will be responsible for maintaining seamless operations that maximize profits while guaranteeing that guests receive top-notch service and an enjoyable experience. The supervisor position requires effective leadership in coordinating the hotel’s F&B outlets, working alongside the leadership team to uphold the brand's standards. Daily duties include managing vendor relationships, inventory oversight, menu planning assistance, and supervising staff performance.
