We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary President for our wholly owned subsidiary, S3 International (S3I), located at our Huntsville, AL headquarters. S3I’s mission is to identify, develop, and manage Foreign Military Sales (FMS) business performed OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States). The role of President is critical in providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure effective business growth and superior organizational performance overseas. This position demands a highly qualified individual with extensive experience in managing complex aviation programs, overseeing profit and loss, and leading international teams across diverse geographies. The President will be responsible for operational controls, administrative processes, personnel systems, and P&L performance across multiple contracts to ensure overall financial strength and operational efficiency.
In this senior leadership role, the President interfaces with the broader S3, Inc. senior management team to formulate policies and evaluate the efficacy of tactical and strategic plans. They will safeguard the subsidiary's corporate culture, ethical standards, and mission alignment while spearheading growth strategies and reinforcing regulatory compliance. - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business related field
- 25 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities identified above
- 10 years of management experience in aviation programs
- 3+ years of experience as an industry Program Manager of a DoD or State Department prime contract of a value greater than $100 million
- At least 5 years of corporate experience as a Director or Vice President or higher in a company with over $50 million in annual contracts performance
- At least 1 year of experience in a company where the quality management system (QMS) was based on ISO 9001:2015 and/or AS9100 international standards
- Ability and willingness to travel OCONUS at least 25% of the time
