This part-time, year-round role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The Custodian Aide position operates during peak hours, primarily early mornings, to assist our full-time custodial team. Responsibilities include a wide variety of entry-level and unskilled custodial duties such as cleaning, disinfecting, stocking supplies, and performing preparatory tasks to support effective maintenance operations across multiple facilities. The role offers an hourly wage range of $25.06 to $33.81 and is limited to a maximum of 960 hours per fiscal year, allowing for excellent supplementary income or flexible work arrangements. Candidates who are either experienced custodians looking to supplement their hours or individuals seeking flexible scheduling will find this opportunity particularly beneficial. The position involves working mainly between 5:00 AM to 11:30 AM from Monday through Friday, and duties are performed both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, requiring physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols.
