This position demands a professional who is highly creative, skilled, and possesses at least one year of experience as a Lead Cook in high-volume banquet settings, ideally within hotel kitchens. The Junior Sous Chef serves not only as a working leader but also as an active influencer on the floor, dedicating approximately 95% of their time to direct engagement with culinary preparation and team supervision.
