This role requires attention to sanitation to ensure all production and retail areas are clean and properly maintained, further enhancing the environment for those served. The position also plays a part in enforcing safety policies to protect patients, visitors, and staff within the coffee shop setting. Ideal candidates for this role should be flexible with work schedules, including availability for weekends and holidays, recognizing the demand for round-the-clock service in a hospital environment. Physical endurance to stand for extended periods and the ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds are essential requirements. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively will enable the Coffee Shop Attendant to balance responsibilities efficiently and provide seamless service.
