The role demands attention to safety and compliance procedures in food handling, preparation, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal. The job requires working with various tools and machinery, including hot equipment and sharp blades, necessitating strict adherence to safety guidelines to ensure a sterile and safe work area. The hourly pay for this role ranges from $14.00 to $15.00, reflecting its full-time or part-time availability depending on business needs.\n\nKey duties include setting up the preparation area, conducting food sampling and product demonstrations, and assisting teammates with event setups or kitchen duties when necessary. The candidate must be able to read and follow detailed materials accompanying product demonstrations and maintain proper reporting as required, including online reporting. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, as work hours may vary through the day, and physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and pushing heavy machinery weighing between 50 and 600 pounds. The work environment involves regular exposure to refrigerated conditions, cold environments, and cleaning chemicals.  - Ability to work in environments with exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions and hot equipment
