Belmont Village Senior Living is currently seeking a Concierge to join their team. The Concierge will serve as the welcoming face and initial point of contact for residents, family members, vendors, and guests visiting the community. Working primarily Sunday through Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, the Concierge plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality. This position involves multitasking in a fast-paced and physically active setting, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and with empathy, executing administrative duties accurately, and contributing to a secure and welcoming environment for all community members. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong reliability, and exhibits empathy towards seniors and their families. The Concierge will be responsible for greeting residents and visitors warmly, managing multiple phone lines with professionalism, coordinating package deliveries, supporting event logistics, maintaining communication between departments, and managing community access protocols. Additional responsibilities include scheduling transportation, assisting in event setup, processing maintenance work orders, and keeping the workspace organized and efficient to uphold the community's positive first impressions.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience with a multi-line phone system with demonstrated professional phone etiquette
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications to perform job-related tasks
