The role being offered is for a part-time Server position at Paseo in Anaheim. This opportunity allows team members to engage directly with guests by delivering personalized, seamless service in a fine dining environment. Servers at Paseo play a vital role in representing the restaurant’s brand, creating lasting impressions through attentive and expert service. They guide guests confidently through menu selections, showcase deep knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings, and serve meals and drinks with precision and courtesy. This position is ideal for individuals with fine dining or luxury hospitality experience who are passionate about delivering high-quality service and fostering memorable dining experiences. Serving alcoholic beverages responsibly and adhering to all service policies is a crucial aspect of this role, ensuring guest safety and compliance with regulations. The role requires adept use of point-of-sale systems for processing orders and payments efficiently, while maintaining smooth collaboration with fellow servers, kitchen, and bar staff. Beyond direct guest interaction, Servers perform operational duties such as opening and closing tasks, cleaning, and ensuring the workspace remains organized and sanitized. This is a tipped position with an hourly wage of $20.42, exclusive of potential gratuities. • Minimum of one year in fine dining or luxury hospitality experience
• Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and culinary terms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs and stand, walk, and bend for long periods
• Visual and hearing ability sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
• No high school diploma or GED required
