The role of Juice Preparation Specialist is an integral position responsible for preparing juice and other specialty products for purchase in a retail or event setting. The hourly pay for this position ranges from $15.00 to $16.00, reflecting its entry to mid-level status within the industry and the expectations for skill and diligence. This position requires a dedicated individual who can properly set up and maintain work areas for specialized food products while adhering to safety regulations and food handling procedures at all times. Key responsibilities include fully understanding program scope and production requirements by carefully reviewing materials associated with product demonstrations, ensuring compliance with all operational guidelines during preparation, production, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal activities. This role demands proficiency in the safe use of equipment such as hot machinery and sharp blades and requires physical capability to handle lifting heavy merchandise and equipment up to 50 pounds or more. In addition to the technical skills, the Juice Preparation Specialist must be able to complete all reporting requirements accurately and keep up to date with event schedules, corporate communications, changes in events, and supervisor requests.
