This position is hourly, offering $14.50 per hour plus tips. The bartender will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly, timely, and courteous manner. Candidates must qualify for and maintain the required gaming license, Food Handlers Certification, and Responsible Beverage Service Certification. - High school diploma or general education degree (ged)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bartender experience in an upscale dining establishment
- Extensive craft cocktail spirit and beer knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or team members
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals
- Ability to compute rate ratio and percent
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Must qualify to obtain and maintain a class a gaming license
- Must qualify to obtain and maintain a food handlers certification
