This opportunity is for a Kitchen Manager position, focused on managing the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations. The Kitchen Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the execution and performance of the kitchen staff, ensuring that every dish meets quality standards and that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This role requires leadership to guide and supervise the HOH team members, maintain health and safety standards, and foster a positive and productive workplace culture. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.60 to $26.40, depending on experience, education, and location, with eligibility for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.   • Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
