The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for enhancing guest satisfaction through proactive service, a warm welcome, and clear communication. This role involves managing the check-in and check-out processes, upselling hotel services to increase revenue, and upholding security and liability protocols to safeguard the hotel's assets. Working closely with various hotel departments — including housekeeping, management, and sales — the Front Desk Agent facilitates smooth daily operations and helps create personalized guest experiences, particularly for groups and event attendees. In this position, the candidate will be expected to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle guest requests promptly.
