Our establishment is a dedicated Nutrition Services provider, specializing in delivering high-quality food service to both healthcare patients and retail customers. We operate within hospital and retail café settings, committed to preparing nutritious and safe meals that support patient recovery and satisfy customer expectations. Our mission revolves around exceptional food preparation, hospitality, and maintaining rigorous standards for food safety and hygiene. As part of our team, you will contribute directly to patient care and retail food experience by executing cooking and food production duties with professionalism and care. The role we are offering is for a Line Cook who is responsible for cooking and cold food production, serving both patients and retail clientele. This position requires the use of batch cooking techniques and adherence to strict safe food handling and storage guidelines in order to ensure every meal served meets the highest standard of quality. Staff in this position may also engage in front-of-house service production, interacting directly with guests and providing excellent food service experience. Beyond cooking, duties include serving food, setting up and tearing down food service stations, transporting supplies and equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen tools and work areas. This opportunity involves working a regular 40-hour week, offering consistent employment within a dynamic and essential service environment. The Line Cook plays a pivotal role in supporting Nutrition Services by ensuring the needs of patients, staff, visitors, and customers are met promptly and with quality.
