The role available is for a Restaurant Manager, a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the total operations of a Jack in the Box unit. The Restaurant Manager holds the accountability for guiding the team in executing the Service Profit Chain (SPC) and upholding the Brand Promise, ensuring that customers consistently receive excellent service and quality products. This position demands a hands-on manager who can develop and lead the team effectively to boost sales, improve profits, and ensure compliance with all corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Regular and prompt attendance is essential for success in this role.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be entrusted with internal service leadership, ensuring that team members work cohesively and support each other to maintain a positive work environment.
