The role of Retail Sales Floor Supervisor at ESGW is a dynamic and critical position responsible for overseeing retail sales floor activities to ensure that organizational goals are met efficiently and effectively. Candidates must be prepared to stand and walk for the entire shift, handle lifting heavy items with assistance, and tolerate changes in temperature and humidity common in such environments. The Retail Sales Floor Supervisor is expected to exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision-making skills to foster an inclusive and efficient workplace where guests and donors receive excellent service.
