The role of Retail Sales Floor Supervisor at ESGW is a dynamic and critical position responsible for overseeing retail sales floor activities to ensure that organizational goals are met efficiently and effectively. This position may occasionally serve as "Supervisor in Charge" of the entire facility, requiring an individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities and ensuring a high level of guest and donor service. The Retail Sales Floor Supervisor plays a vital role in enforcing ESGW's policies and procedures uniformly across the facility to maintain operational standards and uphold the organization's reputation.
The position involves cross-training in all areas of Goodwill retail operations, equipping the supervisor with a comprehensive understanding of the facility's workflow and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
