Employees have the potential to earn up to $21.85 per hour after three wage increases within the first 12 months. Additional pay incentives include $1 per hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators and $1 per hour for those working overnight shifts. This role plays a crucial part in the company's warehouse operations, particularly focused on ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inbound and outbound products.
The role presents shifts primarily during the night, with responsibilities that include unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking, and packing products with a strong emphasis on safety and attention to detail. The employee will utilize computerized scanning equipment while maintaining compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and Hazardous Material handling requirements. The position requires working conditions around moving equipment and elevated areas, with duties involving lifting packages up to 75 pounds frequently.
