Currently, The Ann is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to oversee the entire hotel operation, ensuring profitability while maintaining superior guest service, quality, and property standards. This full-time position commands a competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $175,000. The General Manager will operate within the framework of approved annual budgets, marketing plans, capital expenditures, wage plans, and company policies. This role involves comprehensive leadership responsibilities including directing the Executive Committee, budget development, departmental objective setting, forecasting, financial statement review, and staff relations. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the strategic and operational success of the hotel. They will cultivate a collaborative environment among department heads, optimizing departmental objectives and execution plans. Leading budgeting and financial planning processes will be critical, as will the ongoing review of expenses and enforcement of cost controls to maximize profitability. Moreover, the General Manager will focus heavily on staff development, ensuring a positive work culture that fosters loyalty and low turnover.
