Ruby Slipper is currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join its team and lead one of its growing brunch-only concept restaurants. This full-time management role emphasizes day-shift work, allowing employees to work a complete day and be home for dinner, supporting a balanced lifestyle. The ideal candidate is a motivated morning person, enthusiastic about managing a fast-paced, high-volume full-service restaurant where attention to detail and leadership go hand-in-hand. This position requires hands-on leadership ability in managing both the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, ensuring a smooth functioning restaurant and outstanding guest experiences. As a primary leadership figure, the Restaurant Manager will act in the absence of the General Manager, taking charge of daily operations and driving excellence in service and team performance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, particularly with 2-3 years of experience in similar fast-paced environments. Experience in both FOH and BOH management is essential, with preference for candidates who demonstrate strong BOH leadership capabilities.
