This job posting is for the position of Shift Leader within Pizza Hut. The Shift Leader plays a critical role by assisting the General Manager in achieving the restaurant's people, operational, and financial goals. Serving as a key member of the management team, the Shift Leader helps ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable day-to-day restaurant operations. Responsibilities include coaching staff, supporting employee training, maintaining safety standards, and driving excellent customer service. This position also requires executing shift deployments, opening or closing the restaurant as necessary, and adhering to all company and legal policies. The pay rate for this role is $15.50 per hour, although conditions may vary based on franchise ownership. This position typically involves working in fast-paced environments and requires strong leadership skills to maintain high morale and operational excellence among employees. The Shift Leader acts as the Manager In Charge during shifts and plays an instrumental role in managing food safety and brand standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing positively to overall restaurant performance.
