This role plays an integral part in supporting the entire firm by handling a wide variety of internal tasks that ensure our team operates at a high level of productivity and harmony. Acting as an in-house concierge, this position requires assisting with errands, maintaining tidiness in shared spaces, and providing essential task support across multiple departments. This position is well-suited for a go-getter who thrives on serving others and takes pride in making life easier for colleagues and leadership alike. The Firm Concierge must be a friendly and helpful individual with a positive, can-do attitude, and demonstrate dependable and professional behavior consistently. This role requires a proactive self-starter who takes initiative and follows through thoroughly on every task without the need for constant supervision. Strong organizational skills and excellent time management are critical to successfully managing the diverse workload and supporting various functions within the firm. Key responsibilities include running errands such as managing supplies, facilitating deliveries, and food pickups for the team and leadership. The role also involves keeping shared areas—like the kitchen, conference rooms, and office supply zones—tidy and well-stocked to ensure a pleasant and efficient work environment. The Firm Concierge will help with miscellaneous and last-minute requests from different departments, assist with meeting setup and cleanup including providing hospitality for guests, and support logistics during team and firm-wide events. Additionally, this position involves managing small projects aimed at improving office organization, operational workflows, and overall team efficiency and culture. Being the go-to person for tasks that enhance team productivity and workplace harmony is essential. Our firm offers a competitive salary ranging from 45,000 to 60,000 USD per year for this full-time role, complemented by benefits such as a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
