This part-time role, with shifts scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm, offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $20. As a Lead Server, the successful candidate will deliver exemplary customer service and hospitality, ensuring residents and guests enjoy a welcoming and pleasant dining experience. The Lead Server is responsible for performing all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner, greeting and assisting residents in all dining venues, and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the daily menu to help residents with their requests. \n\nMaintaining clean dining venues and proper table settings is also vital to this position, along with performing any other related duties as required. The role demands a highly personable and attentive individual who can maintain a positive attitude, exhibit teamwork, and provide outstanding service in a senior living environment.
