Currently, Waldorf Astoria Maui, Grand Wailea, is seeking to hire a Part-Time Turndown Attendant to join its esteemed Housekeeping team. The role is vital to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction the resort is known for. The Turndown Attendant position offers a pay rate starting at $26.92 per hour, with shifts scheduled at various times including evenings, weekends, and holidays, demanding flexibility and a commitment to excellence. As a Turndown Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to provide impeccable turndown service and maintain guest room cleanliness in line with the Waldorf Astoria and Hilton brands’ elevated standards. This involves refreshing guest rooms by partially removing and storing bedcovers, fulfilling specific guest preferences such as filling ice buckets, replenishing amenities and linens, and ensuring the overall presentation of the room meets or exceeds expectations. You will also be tasked with cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, changing bed linens, vacuuming, emptying trash, and conducting thorough visual inspections after room servicing. Success in this role requires attentiveness to detail, a strong work ethic, and a warm, guest-focused attitude. You will interact with guests regularly, so providing timely, friendly, and efficient service to fulfill special requests is essential.
