The Turndown Attendant position offers a pay rate starting at $26.92 per hour, with shifts scheduled at various times including evenings, weekends, and holidays, demanding flexibility and a commitment to excellence. As a Turndown Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to provide impeccable turndown service and maintain guest room cleanliness in line with the Waldorf Astoria and Hilton brands’ elevated standards. This involves refreshing guest rooms by partially removing and storing bedcovers, fulfilling specific guest preferences such as filling ice buckets, replenishing amenities and linens, and ensuring the overall presentation of the room meets or exceeds expectations. You will also be tasked with cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, changing bed linens, vacuuming, emptying trash, and conducting thorough visual inspections after room servicing.
