The role of a Team Member at Moe's Southwest Grill is instrumental in upholding the brand's promise of outstanding customer service and quality food. This position involves interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, accurately taking and entering orders, preparing food according to Moe's strict recipes and training materials, and ensuring that all food items meet the company's high standards of quality and freshness. A Team Member is responsible for creating a welcoming environment by greeting every guest enthusiastically with Moe's signature greeting, making recommendations, and upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience. 
In addition to customer interaction, this role requires maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including the dining area, beverage center, salsa bar, and restrooms, to provide a pleasant and safe environment for guests and staff. The Team Member will also manage transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash and credit payments with accuracy, and collaborate closely with management to follow proper cash handling and recording procedures. 
This position calls for someone who is reliable, proactive, and has a positive attitude. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with team members are essential to success in this role. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, working in warm environments near grills and fryers, as well as performing tasks that require bending, climbing, and using hands and arms extensively.
