The role of Airworthiness Directive Compliance Specialist at Frontier Airlines is a critical position within the maintenance and regulatory compliance team. Reporting to the Manager of Regulatory Compliance, the specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing Frontier's Airworthiness Directive (AD) compliance program. This involves the review, scheduling, and monitoring of all FAA Airworthiness Directives and Notices of Proposed Rule Making (NPRMs) applicable to the airline's fleet, ensuring they are addressed accurately and on time. The incumbent acts as a key liaison between the maintenance, engineering, and regulatory departments to maintain detailed and up-to-date records, approve engineering actions, and ensure adherence to FAA regulations. This role requires thorough knowledge of FAA documentation, federal regulations, and aircraft maintenance planning to effectively support the company’s safety and compliance objectives.   • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in airline maintenance, engineering or aircraft records
  • At least 3 years of aircraft maintenance planning experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience with airworthiness directives
  • Proficiency in researching and interpreting federal regulations and FAA documentation
  • Knowledge of Advisory Circulars, FAA Orders, and related FAA materials
  • Ability to manage compliance tracking systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • FAA A&P certification preferred
  • Experience interacting with the FAA preferred
